This Shipping Policy describes the shipping services provided by Xiamen Xinh Digital Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as “we,” “our”) to customers of Loom & Verse. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order to ensure you understand our shipping areas, fees, timelines, and related policies.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Order processing includes inventory checks, quality inspection, and packaging. This does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will post a notice on our website in such cases.

2. Shipping Destinations, Plans & Fees

We offer two shipping plans with different fees based on your delivery address.

Plan 1: Contiguous U.S.

  • Area: Applies to the contiguous 48 states.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $80.
  • Standard Shipping: $6.99
    • Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): $14.99
    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

Plan 2: Outlying U.S. Territories & Islands

  • Area: Applies to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), and other U.S. territories.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150.
  • Standard Shipping: $14.99
    • Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Not available.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your provided shipping address. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this number to track your package status in real-time on the carrier’s official website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after your order status changes to “Shipped,” please contact our customer service team at: qwertyuiop@thecuratorstudio.shop.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code). We are not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional fees will be required for reshipment. If you need to modify your address, you must contact us before your order ships. We cannot change the shipping address once the order status is “Shipped.”

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

a) Lost Packages:
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery date and the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigations typically require a certain period (e.g., USPS often requires 15-21 business days before declaring a package lost). Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship your items or issue a refund based on your situation.

b) Damaged Packages:
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage (both the outer box and the damaged product) within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately at support@loomandverse.com. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order only if it is in “Pending” or “Processing” status. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@loomandverse.com. If your order has already entered the “Shipped” workflow, we cannot cancel it, and you may need to initiate a return according to our Return Policy after receiving the item.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping address must be a valid physical address.
